Hello there! I'm Maria Durden, an enthusiastic instructional designer on a mission to make a meaningful impact in the world of education. Based in the vibrant state of South Carolina, I currently serve as a dedicated Child Welfare Instructor at the Department of Social Services.

My journey in education and instructional design is deeply rooted in my core values of compassion, empathy, and service. After the loss of my beloved spouse, who served in the military, I found solace and purpose in giving back to my community and helping others navigate challenges.
